Customer Satisfaction Is Extremely Important To Us.

However,Please Remember That Policies May Vary Depending On The Type Of Purchase. We allow EXCHANGES ONLY on items that are NOT SPECIAL ORDERS! NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping Cost and all applicable taxes at the time of purchase are not inclusive!

UPON DELIVERY:

Please check all merchandise immediately upon delivery to determine if you really want to keep it. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size, style, color.
Merchandise must be unworn with all tags attached and packaged in its original condition.A Store Credit may be issued only if Merchandise is received in it's original condition at the time of Sale and/or if you decide that you do not want an Exchange for the Item you purchased. No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds on Special Orders.


SPECIAL ORDERS:

Merchandise that is a SPECIAL ORDER is Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable! A Special Order is made specifically to fulfill your Order and is considered FINAL! With No Returns , No Exchanges, No Refunds or Store Credit! NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS! ONLY STORE CREDIT allowed on all Orders that are Drop Shipped directly from our Suppliers. Any Items that is customized and made specifically to the customers measurements, cannot be CANCELED,are NON-RETURNABLE and NON- EXCHANGEABLE. A NO REFUND AND NO STORE CREDIT Policy is applicable to all Special Items Ordered! NO EXCEPTIONS!! Cancellation of Pending Special Order. No change can be made to a special order after it has been processed. Customer will be required to pay a 50% cancellation penalty if they cancel their special order prior to shipment.

DELIVERY DATES:

While every attempt is made to meet or exceed your requested delivery date, it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Items can deliver a bit later in some cases so please allow adequate time before your Wear Date
Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.


ITEMS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE:

All Items on Sale or Clearance are considered a FINAL SALE and are Non-Returnable. Please decide on size and color before placing your order.

SIZE & COLOR DISCLAIMER:

Size Charts are provided to assist you with selecting the best size. If you want to make dress according the standard measurement chart,Please Never order a size with measurements smaller than the person that's wearing the dress. You can always have a garment taken in or shortened but you usually cannot have it let out or lengthened. We will be happy to assist with the sizing and fitting process but will not select your size or guarantee fit because we are not in control of the accuracy of your measurements.

If you are willing to take some time to measure yourself and send your measurements to us,we will custom make for you according the measurements and we are prefer to this way.


COLORS: Color may appear different on every monitor. We try to represent the colors shown the best way possible. However, color shown may not represent the same color of the garment. As in all garment manufacturing, colors will vary by dye lot.

PRICING:

While we strive for accuracy in our pricing of our products we do sometimes make errors. Known errors are likely to be posted on our website periodically. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or information on the website or invoice.

PRIVACY:

We value our relationship with you and we respect your privacy. All information acquired during ordering is used solely for this purpose. Blush Kids does not share or sell this information to a third party.

ORDER STATUS:

Please feel free to contact us regarding the status of your order. You can do so via email or phone.In order to avoid any misunderstanding,we prefer to confirm via email.


ABANDONED MERCHANDISE:

a) Merchandise that is returned without any form of identification of customer will be held over for 30 days with the anticipation of the customer contacting us!

b) A Special Order that is refused or returned at time of delivery will be treated as an order that is being abandoned.

c) Instances where customers ( especially international customers - where email is the main means of correspondence ) did not respond to emails being sent requesting additional shipping information, before their order is being sent out.

In instances like the above, the customer will have (14)days to respond to correct the situation. After this time has elapsed, we cannot issue a STORE CREDIT a REFUND or an EXCHANGE for such an order.
